“Nightfall”

Original painting by Lisa Creech Bledsoe

15″x22″ Mixed-media painting on watercolor paper. Ships unframed.

Inspired by the shifting colors of the sky at day’s end, Nightfall moves through blue, lavender, indigo, and deep purple, with traces of blush pink and black. Built through layers of paint and excavation, the painting captures that fleeting moment when daylight gives way to darkness—and everything becomes something slightly different.
