“Red No. 5”

Original painting by Lisa Creech Bledsoe

22″x30″ Mixed-media painting on watercolor paper. Ships unframed.

A painting about the charge of red: vivid, sensual, unruly, impossible to ignore. Built from layers of watercolor ink and acrylic, Red No. 5 moves from loose, exuberant marks toward a more unified surface, where fragments of the earlier layers remain visible beneath the final color. The result is vibrant and unapologetically alive.
