Original Painting Returns

I want you to be delighted with your new artwork. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your painting.

With prior approval, you may return the artwork in its original condition and packaging at your expense for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please contact me before returning an artwork so I can provide return instructions.

Print Returns

Because prints and reproductions are made to order, they are not returnable.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs of the damage and packaging. I’ll work with you to resolve the problem.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned artwork has been received and inspected, I’ll notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning an original artwork. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returned artwork must be securely packaged, insured for its full purchase value, and shipped with tracking. If an artwork is damaged or lost while being returned because it was not properly packaged, insured, or tracked, the cost of the artwork may not be refundable.
